MASSAGE THERAPY APPOINTMENTS

Booking your Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is simple and flexible. You can book and pay online following the details below, or if you prefer, email amanda@pranadi.co.uk or WhatsApp me on 07411 548052 with your preferred date, time, and session length. We can then arrange payment by bank transfer or cash on the day - whichever works best for you.

Whether you are booking a single treatment or committing to a structured reset, each session is designed to support deep nervous system regulation, muscular release and whole-body restoration.

3-Session Nervous System Reset (Limited Offer)

If you are ready to create more lasting change, a structured series is often more effective than a single treatment.

This package includes:

3 x 60-minute Ayurvedic therapeutic massages
£135 (usually £150)
All sessions must be used within 60 days of purchase

These appointments are designed to work progressively — helping the body move from stress and compensation toward deeper recalibration.

Please note: This reset package forms a dedicated therapeutic series and does not count toward any existing discount card scheme. All three appointments must be booked and used by the same person within the designated 60-day period.

Select either 60 or 90 minutes (select 60 minutes for the reset package*). Select your preferred date.

Important: This doesn’t confirm your booking; after selecting the time zone, available appointment times will appear below — please make sure to select one of these times to complete your booking.
If booking the 3 session reset package, select 60 minutes, choose your date/time slot and proceed to the checkout where you can then select "3 x 1hour Session Nervous System Reset Package"*.

* Once you have purchased the 3-Session Reset Package (£135), three treatment credits will be added to your account, allowing you to book your 60-minute massage appointments at your convenience.

If this is your first appointment, you will receive a health questionnaire and detailed directions within 24 hours of booking.
