You can visit the schedule page to book your class or visit your app store and search for GloFox - download the app and enter PRANADI for the studio. Within the app you'll be able to access the class schedule, events and find details of your membership, as well as on this website.

Attend Your Class/Event

You can book onto a yoga class/event (unless it's already reach capacity), an hour before it's due to start. Within the hour before the class starts, you'll receive an email with the ZOOM (more information on this within the technical information section below) class login details - to the email address used to create your PRANADI login. Please make sure you have props ready if needed (mainly Yin and Restorative Yoga).

Technical Information

The classes/events are via ZOOM, I email a link an hour before the class is due to start, then open the class half 20 minutes before the start time. I tend to do that so we can resolve any technical issues or just have a natter (it’s more so we can all have a natter).

When you enter the ZOOM class, your video is turned off and your sound is turned on (if you device allows these settings). It’s up to you if you want to turn on/off either of these. Most people tend to have both turned on, then when the practice starts they turn the video feed off and I turn all of your microphones off so you can play your own music. At the end of the class, it’s your choice if you want to turn sound/video back on – most do just to say goodnight (which is lovely).

There's also a WhatsApp group where we share messages. If you’d like adding to that – please message me on 07411 548052 with details of the email address you used to sign up to PRANADI, or email your phone number to amanda@pranadi.co.uk.

Please use the email address you used when you created your PRANADI login. If a PRANADI member's recommended that you try a class, please let me know their name so we can send them a thank you.
