Book Your Class

You can visit the schedule page to book your class* or visit your app store and search for GloFox - download the app and enter PRANADI for the studio. Here you'll be able to access the class schdule, events and find details of your membership.

You can find details of the events on the website or within the GloFox app.

*Excludes the monthly Vinyasa Mythic Flow/Oakwell Hall Outdoor classes.

Attend Your Class

You can book onto a yoga class an hour before it's due to start. Within the hour before the class starts, you'll receive an email with the ZOOM connection details (more information on this within the technical information section below) - to the email address used to create your PRANADI login.

Please make sure you have props ready if needed (mainly Yin and Restorative Yoga).

Technical Information

The classes are via ZOOM, I email a link an hour before the class is due to start then open the class 10 minutes before the start time. I tend to do that so we can resolve any technical issues or just have a natter (it’s more so we can all have a natter).

When you enter the ZOOM class, your video is turned off and your sound is turned on (if you device allows these settings). It’s up to you if you want to turn on/off either of these. Most people tend to have both turned on, then when the practice starts they turn the video feed off and I turn all of your microphones off so you can play your own music.

I record all regular weekly classes and you receive a link to the recording as soon as it's available. So if you can't attend the class live, you can catch up via #replay (but please make sure you've booked on).

Please use the email address you used when you created your PRANADI login. If a PRANADI member's recommended that you try a class, please let me know their name so I can send them a thank you. :-)

A full body cardio workout that takes Vinyasa Yoga as a starting point; combining yoga and HIIT (high intensity interval training).
