According to Ayurveda, doshas are the energy patterns that flow through our bodies, influencing our thoughts and behaviors. There are three primary doshas: vata, pitta, and kapha. While we all possess a combination of these three doshas, one or two usually dominate, shaping our individual nature.

Achieving a balanced mind, body, and spirit requires maintaining equilibrium in our unique dosha constitution. When this balance is disrupted, it can lead to illness. So, which dosha were you born with, and where do you stand now?
