It is important to find the best type of meditation for you – this might be through Mindfulness (living in the present moment), Concentration (focussing on an inner object or an outer object) or Mantra meditations. There are also creative visualisations that can assist you in finding the inner peace.
Meditation is a core teaching in many spiritual practices including Yoga and Reiki.
In our monthly meditation group, we come together online to support each other in our meditation practice. Open to beginners and experienced meditators, together we build a supporting environment that will enhance your practice and cover all aspects of meditation.
